Wells Fargo Inventory Finance is seeking an Secured Lending Underwriting Senior Manager to join our team. ..
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a Secured Lending Underwriting team of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate complexity and risk
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with Secured Lending Underwriting functional area or who are affected by its outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Secured Lending Underwriting functional area
  • Manage the underwriting and loan closing functions within a geographic region
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of a Secured Lending Underwriting team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for operations with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers, as well interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Secured Lending Underwriting
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Secured Lending Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership and Independent Risk Management
  • Experience underwriting transactions in Inventory Finance , Asset-Based Lending groups or Commercial Banking
  • B.A. degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • M.B.A. or equivalent preferred
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
