CLA is growing and seeking to hire a Seasonal IT Client Support Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position will start in December 2024 and last through April 2025.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

How you’ll create opportunities in this IT Client Support Analyst role:

  • Respond to chat support requests from CLA clients and Internal CLA members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic log-in and application navigation issues
  • Log detailed activities, and track requests utilizing an incident management database
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team setting by sharing support experiences and issues.
  • Cultivate a working knowledge of IT ticketing system and chat support
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

What you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service or providing IT support
  • High school diploma or equivalent
