In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Java, Python and other relevant technologies
- 4+ years of experience in Test Automation
- 4+ years of experience in Software Development
- 3+ years of experience in GenAI and ML concepts, including Evaluations, Fine Tuning and Prompt engineering
- 2+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Confluence etc
- 3+ years of experience in automation using BDD and Selenium
- Understanding of application development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Leading the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks
- Integrating GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) to generate, optimize, and maintain test scripts
- Collaborating with engineering, QA, and product teams to embed AI-driven testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentoring automation engineers on AI-assisted testing practices and tools
- Evaluate and implement AI/ML models to identify test gaps, predict defects, and improve test efficiency
- Knowledge on Java 8 or later, spring boot, REST, Micro Services, Kafka, NoSQL
- Prompt Engineering concepts such as Zero-Shot, Few-shot, self-consistency and chain of thought prompting
- Knowledge in NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
- Experience in DevOps - CI/CD tools
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and trouble shooting skills in resolving technical problems
- End to End knowledge on Payments ISO 20022 & US payments
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
