Support the transformation and successful delivery of agile teams. Using Agile principles, establish team-level cadence and scrum ceremonies, including iteration planning/review; pre-grooming and grooming/refinement; sprint, release, project integration planning; daily stand-up, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Participate in internal agile Communities of Practice (CoPs) and Scrum Master forums. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices in order to become self-organizing. Prioritize and forecast roadmaps based on team velocity and stakeholder requests, removing potential impediments to provide visibility on progress, quality, and value. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related and three (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or related. Must have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Tableau, Jira, PowerBI, DevOps, SQL Server, and Rally.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
