As a Scrum Master Associate within PNC's RETAIL TECH ONLINE EXPERIENCES organization, work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC.

Base Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience.

Job Description
  • Fosters Agile values and practices. May begin to support a scrum team.
  • Ensures team adherence to Agile principles. Assists with coaching a Scrum Team on how to execute the Scrum framework.
  • Experiments with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
  • Works in partnership with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities.
  • Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value.
