We are looking for an agile, data-oriented Scheduling Representative for our team! We seek a representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced global company. You will coordinate a customer's shipments by booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork-based and tech-driven company.
DEPARTMENT: Logistics Operations
LOCATION: Philippines - Remote
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements
- Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process.
- Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads
- Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing
- Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness.
- Fluent in English - verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize. Able to tackle issues head-on and create resolutions with urgency.
- Familiarity with USA geography
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience within the Logistics industry
