  • Remote-first – with flexible PTO, home office setup, and a monthly stipend to cover internet and phone costs

Why the Customer Success Team at Steno Is Different

  • Front line of the business – The team ensuring clients and providers are well taken care of, with the ultimate goal of keeping Steno a top court reporting and litigation support agency for law firms nationwide
  • White-glove service, every time – We don't just schedule jobs; we serve as an extension of our clients' offices, delivering a reliable, timely, and hospitable experience deposition by deposition
  • Cross-functional and collaborative – Partners closely with Account Managers, Operations, and internal teams to ensure every client need is met without missing a beat
  • Built for natural problem-solvers – You'll coordinate many moving parts across fast-moving workflows while staying organized, composed, and client-focused

You'll crush this role if you have 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience, a hospitality mindset and exceptional communication skills, comfort picking up new systems quickly, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Prior court reporting agency experience is a big plus.
