Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include document receiving, opening, sorting, preparation, scanning, mailing and archiving.  


Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities/Activities:

  • Mailing – print, insert and postmark letters for mailing
  • Receiving mail – ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Preparation – opening packages and letters
  • Sorting – capacity to determine client and form types, grouping them
  • Scanning – match, identify and scan forms into the proper form groups
  • Archiving – prepare the scanned documents for archive
  • Some data entry, 20WPM or better
Qualifications

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Basic to Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; MS Access preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Able to logically identify document types and sort them
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task priorities
