We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Success Factors Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing and leading a team of SAP Success Factors consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing guidance and support to team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of SAP Success Factors consultants, providing direction and guidance
- Oversee the implementation of SAP Success Factors projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements
- Design and configure SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
- Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their Success Factors solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Success Factors
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules
- Proven experience in designing and configuring Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP Success Factors projects
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in full-cycle SAP Success Factors implementation projects
- Certification in SAP Success Factors is preferred
