Overview / Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, SAP Security & GRC to provide hands-on functional and administrative ownership across SAP Security, GRC, and RevTrac-related transport controls. This senior-level role is responsible for designing and maintaining secure, scalable access models, administering governance, risk, and compliance processes, and supporting audit readiness through strong documentation and control discipline.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC, and RevTrac, with the ability to operate independently, partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive secure, compliant processes across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own SAP Security and Role Design

    • Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP security roles and authorization concepts

    • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align access models with operational requirements and segregation of duties principles

    • Evaluate and support user access provisioning, role changes, and remediation activities in alignment with enterprise controls

  • Own GRC Design and Administration

    • Serve as the primary resource for SAP GRC design, configuration support, and ongoing administration

    • Maintain and enhance GRC processes to support access governance, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements

    • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify control gaps, recommend improvements, and support sustainable governance practices

  • Own Transports and RevTrac

    • Manage and oversee transport-related processes with a strong focus on control, traceability, and change governance

    • Act as the subject matter expert for RevTrac, supporting administration, process ownership, and continuous improvement

    • Ensure transport procedures are documented, controlled, and aligned with audit and compliance expectations

  • Own Documentation for Internal and External Audit

    • Develop, maintain, and organize documentation supporting internal and external audit requirements

    • Ensure security, GRC, and transport control evidence is accurate, complete, and readily available

    • Support audit requests, walkthroughs, and remediation efforts with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Senior analyst-level experience supporting SAP Security

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP GRC design and administration

  • Hands-on experience with RevTrac and transport/change control processes

  • Strong understanding of SAP role design, access controls, and governance principles

  • Experience supporting documentation and evidence preparation for internal and external audits

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a structured enterprise environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global enterprise environment

  • Knowledge of segregation of duties concepts and access risk management practices

  • Experience improving or standardizing SAP security and transport control processes

  • Familiarity with regulated or highly controlled business environments

  • Proven ability to support cross-functional compliance, audit, and change management initiatives
