Position Summary:
- Very strong customer focus
- Manage day to day interactions with Sales, order management, planning, warehouse team and related business users
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to support SD & MM business as well as e2e business needs
- Help maintain and address SD & MM related system ongoing enhancements and new project implementation
- Lead, support and troubleshoot SD and MM business users for daily operation
- Lead and manage external partners
- Acting as PM if needed
- Working with international teams
Qualifications, Required Education and Experience:
- Advanced 10+ years SAP SD and/or MM experience
- 5+ SAP Full cycle new project implementation experience
- Intermediate ABAP knowledge with debug capability
- Intermediate EDI, Shopify and Salesforce integration knowledge
- Experience with SAP Project management, PMP certification is a plus
- Experience of supporting and troubleshooting internal business users
- Managing multiple tasks
- Deal with international teams
