cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced team member to join our team in support of configuration of the SAP Production Planning (PP) functionality for a Federal client. The focus across the broader program includes participating in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) sessions to analyze the current Business Process in existing SAP ECC systems and how they need to be designed when transitioning into a consolidated SAP S/4 environment. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing the existing SAP Production Planning (PP) related Business Processes and Configurations in SAP ECC.
  • Support BPR workshops to architect how the PP Business Processes should be re-engineered to be implemented in a consolidated SAP S/4 environment.
  • Research the best practices recommended for implementing the processes in SAP S/4.
  • Configuring the end-to-end SAP PP related capabilities in SAP S/4 IMG based on agreed upon requirements
  • Demonstrate the configuration in SAP S/4 IMG to the BRP team members with recommendations on how the processes should work in the future to-be environment.
  • Document the configuration activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC6.0 implementations serving as lead configurator for PP module
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP PP experience with an advanced understanding of the roles and tasks involved
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing for Production Engineering and Operations
  • Experience with configuring SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)  
  • Hands-on experience in configuring business processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Implementation Guide (IMG)
  • Expertise in analyzing, configuring, testing, and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies 
  • Experience in planning and leading requirements analysis workshops with stakeholders and functional POC’s preferably in the Federal government sector
  • Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Able to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors. Strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning 
  • Demonstrated experience in contributing to cross-functional teams, experience with working complex projects remotely 
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues and executive client leadership 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, and participate in discussions
  • Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without any supervision
  • Driven, self-directed personality
  • Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP PP  
  • Experience working or leading in a team utilizing Agile Software Methodology  
  • Working knowledge of SAP Best Business Practices (BPPs)
