The SAP Master Data Project Manager will lead and manage SAP Master Data projects, ensuring compliance, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in data management processes.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP Master Data Management to lead and deliver complex data projects across global business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ecosystems, data governance, and stakeholder leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SAP Master Data projects (materials, customers, vendors, finance).
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data strategies, governance, and policies.
- Manage data migration, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with global data standards and business rules.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate workshops, track progress, mitigate risks, and report to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in master data processes and systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in SAP Master Data initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and MDG environments.
- Experience in large-scale data migration and transformation programs.
- Familiarity with tools like LSMW, BODS, and SAP Data Services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
