Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful SAP Instructional Designer with a passion for growth and business transformation to support an S/4HANA migration for a nationwide commercial client. Duties and Responsibilities: 

The SAP Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective instructional materials to facilitate the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors HCM, SAP Financials, and the integration of legacy systems with cloud-based SAP S/4HANA solutions. Your work, delivered via virtual and in-person sessions, will empower our clients to maximize the benefits of SAP solutions and drive successful digital transformation projects. The project is centered around the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management. Duties include but may not be limited to: 

  • Design and create instructional materials, including eLearning courses, training modules, user guides, videos, and job aids, tailored to SAP SuccessFactors HCM, SAP Financials, and SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to conduct a thorough needs analysis and understand the unique requirements of each project.
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula and outlines to support different user roles, from end-users to administrators.
  • Design interactive and engaging content that facilitates effective learning, incorporating best practices in instructional design.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors HCM, SAP Financials, and SAP S/4HANA, staying updated on new features and functionalities.
  • Leverage your experience in integrating legacy systems with cloud-based SAP S/4HANA to create training materials that address the unique challenges of such projects.
  • Review and test training materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop and implement a variety of delivery methods, such as virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced eLearning, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and trainers to gather content and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to users during and after project implementation

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications/Experience: 
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) as an Instructional Designer in SAP implementation projects
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors HCM, SAP Financials, and SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM, SAP Financials, and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience working on projects integrating legacy systems with cloud-based SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proficiency in instructional design software and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • SAP certifications in relevant areas are highly desired.

 

Minimum Education: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Organizational Development, Psychology).

 

 

Required Certifications: 
  • Change Management Certification is preferred.
  • PMP, SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications desired

 

Other: 
  • Travel: Project is fully remote, but occasional travel to client site may be required
