Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SAP BTP Integration Specialist/Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect SAP and non-SAP systems—both cloud and on-premise. You will play a key role in enabling seamless data flows, real-time process automation, and scalable enterprise integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite including CPI, API Management, and Event Mesh

• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate into technical integration designs

• Develop and manage APIs using SAP API Management and Open Connectors

• Configure and optimize ALE/IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, REST, and OData interfaces

• Implement event-driven architecture using SAP Advanced Event Mesh for real-time communication

• Ensure secure connectivity using SAP Cloud Connector and protocols like OAuth, SAML, JWT

• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support

• Follow best practices for integration design, data security, and compliance

• Maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and processes

• Stay current with the latest SAP BTP updates and integration trends, recommending innovations as needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and architects

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration technologies, particularly SAP BTP Integration Suite

• Proficiency with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP API Management, and Event Mesh

• Strong knowledge of integration protocols and standards such as REST, SOAP, OData, ALE/IDocs, JDBC

• Solid experience in event-driven and API-first architectures

• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid integration models

• Experience with SAP Cloud Connector and security protocols including OAuth, SAML, JWT

• Proficiency in Groovy scripting and working with JSON and XML

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
