Position Summary

OMG Federal is proactively identifying talented professionals who embody our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to service. We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to support a federal agency’s enhancement of a Salesforce end-to-end national application modernization and professional services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
  • Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
  • Coordinate DevSecOps activities across development, security, and operations teams
  • Oversee governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with federal standards and organizational policies
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across technical, business, and government teams
  • Direct production support and continuous improvement for enterprise Salesforce applications
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Support enterprise deployment strategies and ensure scalability and performance
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Ten plus (10+) years of experience in IT program and/or project management
  • Five plus (5+) years managing Salesforce programs or enterprise CRM environments
  • A bachelor's degree in a closely related field is strongly desired; a high school diploma is required
  • Proven experience with Agile delivery methodologies and release management
  • Strong background in governance, stakeholder management, and DevSecOps coordination
  • Experience leading production application teams and enterprise-level deployments
  • Must have US Citizenship and have, or have the ability to obtain, a Public Trust Clearance
  • Travel to other locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Federal Civilian agencies or DHS environments
  • Demonstrated success delivering within federal contracting frameworks
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • SAFe and/or ITIL certification (nice to have)

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Full-time remote role based in the Washington, DC area
  • Periodic travel to client meetings, planning sessions, or program events as needed
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on project requirements
