Responsibilities

·        Lead end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, including architecture design across Work Orders, Assets, Scheduling, Mobility, Inventory, and Technician Enablement.

·        Provide strategic advisory to clients on Field Service operating models, workforce optimization, automation, AI-readiness, and enterprise service transformation roadmaps.

·        Lead and mentor distributed development and integration teams, establishing code quality standards, architecture review governance, and issue resolution frameworks.

·        Develop reusable accelerators, integration patterns, and solution frameworks to strengthen go-to-market differentiation and delivery efficiency.

·        Take full ownership of technical delivery outcomes — aligning business process design, architecture integrity, and long-term scalability.
