Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support & Salesforce Specialist with a strong technical and reporting background. This role involves managing administrative tasks, optimizing Salesforce processes, and generating insightful reports to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce administration, data analytics, and reporting tools, with a keen eye for process improvement and automation.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration & Technical Support
Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Customize fields, workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce to support business needs.
Provide technical support and training to users on Salesforce best practices.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, liaise with stakeholders, and implement solutions.
Work with third-party tools and integrations (e.g., Zapier, API connections).
Reporting & Data Analysis
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools.
Ensure data hygiene by monitoring and cleaning records regularly.
Assist in automating reporting processes for efficiency.
Administrative Support
Handle general administrative tasks such as ticket resolution
Assist teams with data entry, organization, and workflow optimization.
Support leadership with presentations, reports, and process documentation.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, data analysis, or related roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and other similar tools
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with third-party tools like Zapier, Slack, or other SaaS platforms is a plus.
Salesforce certification (Admin, Advanced Admin, or relevant specialization) is a plus.
