- Perform day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user account management, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with managing and optimizing custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, and other automation tools.
- Uphold governance standards by contributing to the development of scalable system processes and enforcing data entry guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Provide support and training to new and existing users, including the creation of user guides and process documentation.
- Maintain high standards of platform security, documentation, and user access management.
- Coordinate Salesforce-related projects across departments, from requirement gathering to deployment and user adoption.
- Work with the Salesforce Platform Manager to manage the product roadmap, implement process improvements, and support change management efforts.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to document project requirements, workflows, and timelines.
- Track and manage project tasks, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Test and validate new features, integrations, and enhancements before go-live.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Partner with Sales Operations to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with team goals and business metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues and support tickets.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations by addressing user concerns and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
