  • Work with Salesforce-powered teams focused on lead, opportunity, and customer lifecycle workflows.
  • Support alignment between regulated and non-regulated areas of the business.
  • Help transition CRM ownership from legacy IT models to business strategy and customer-centric teams.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Familiarity with compliance constraints and enterprise-level governance.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice-to-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the energy/utilities sector (e.g., Duke Energy, Progress Energy).

  • Involvement in CRM transformations or reorganization of ownership structures.
  • Prior consulting or multi-team collaboration experience.

    • ⚡ Accelerate your growth in agile leadership within compliance-driven sectors.
    • 📊 Collaborate on mission-critical Salesforce and CRM transformations.
    • 💼 Project-based contract with potential for long-term engagements.
