We are searching for a skilled Frontend SFMC developer to support the campaign operations.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign management: Build and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on the received detailed brief and content.
- Data management: Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud's data management capabilities to create and maintain data extensions, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
- Email Marketing: Develop, test, and optimize email marketing templates and content based on the provided design.Ensure that email campaigns are effective, relevant, and personalized for target audiences.
- Marketing Automation: Build and manage automated customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring seamless customer experiences and engagement across different markets and languages.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and customer journeys. Provide insights for continuous improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets to optimize performance and drive results.
- Integrations: Work with internal teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other tools and platforms to enhance campaign execution and customer data synchronization.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Address any deliverability, automation, or data-related challenges.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation strategies.
- Strong experience with AMPscript and SQL for advanced email personalization and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of customer data management, data extensions, and building targeted customer segments.
- Proven experience in using SFMC to create automated customer journeys and workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting tools and analytics.
- Familiarity with integrations between SFMC and other platforms (SFSC, OMS, eCommerce, etc.).
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering results.
- MCP experience is a plus (Marketing cloud personalization).
