  • Monitor Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts on org configurations.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise change management and release governance.
  • Communicate deployment schedules, risks, and readiness to stakeholders.
  • Promote best practices for org hygiene, metadata control, and version management.

  • 3+ years supporting Salesforce development teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, Lightning, and declarative tools.

      • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems.
      • Background managing multi-org Salesforce environments.
      • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps best practices.
      • Exposure to regulated industries or healthcare is a plus.
    • Key Attributes:
      • Highly collaborative, process-oriented, and driven by quality and consistency.
      • Strong communicator who can translate technical change into clear operational planning.
      • Comfortable in a non-coding technical leadership role.
      • Able to proactively identify risks and lead discussions around mitigation and improvement.
