Job Title: Senior Salesforce Integration Consultant

Location: Remote USA ~ On site travel up 25%
Type: PT (20HRS/Week) 3+ Months expected longer term

We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Consultant to lead and manage the integration of CollegeVine’s AI Recruiter platform with our partners’ Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce integrations using APIs, SFTP, and middleware tools such as Informatica. This role involves working directly with 20+ partner institutions, ensuring seamless data exchange, and optimizing integration efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Delivery: Lead the end-to-end integration of 21 Salesforce partner systems with the CollegeVine AI Recruiter platform using either API or SFTP solutions.
  • Support & Monitoring: Provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and technical support for the remaining 15 active Salesforce integrations, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.
  • New Partner Onboarding: Work with new partner institutions to gather requirements, configure integrations, and validate successful connection and data flow.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine integration workflows and onboarding documentation to improve time-to-value and reduce implementation friction.
  • Collaboration: Partner with CollegeVine’s technical and account management teams to ensure integration alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate incoming and outgoing data to ensure adherence to required schema, file formats, and business logic.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Salesforce integrations and CRM data workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, Informatica, and SFTP-based integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, Lead/Contact objects, and field mappings.
  • Familiarity with CollegeVine AI Recruiter or similar higher-ed/recruitment integration platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to read and implement API documentation and troubleshoot REST or SOAP integrations.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with partner technical teams.
  • Experience managing multiple client integrations simultaneously in an agile environment.
