The Salesforce Developer plays a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions to enhance our internal GTM processes and support revenue operations. This position requires a strategic thinker who collaborates effectively with RevOps, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to transform complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. The developer will craft custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, ensuring seamless integration with other internal GTM tools and data sources.
Focusing on maintaining data integrity and adhering to compliance and governance standards, the Salesforce Developer provides ongoing system support and enhancements. By staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices, they proactively recommend and implement improvements to optimize the platform for scalability and align it with our business needs. - Develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Collaborate across RevOps, IT, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain and enhance Salesforce integrations with other GTM tools and data sources
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements
- Balance and focus on priorities, working in development sprints rather than ad hoc
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations
- Certified Salesforce Developer
- Experience working for companies where multiple apps were integrated into Salesforce
