About Us
Chainlink Labs is the primary contributing developer of Chainlink, the decentralized computing platform powering the verifiable web. Chainlink is the industry-standard platform for providing access to real-world data, offchain computation, and secure cross-chain interoperability across any blockchain. Chainlink Labs helps power verifiable applications for banking, DeFi, global trade, and gaming by collaborating with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, notably Swift, DTCC, and ANZ. Chainlink Labs also works with top Web3 teams, including Aave, Compound, GMX, Maker, and Synthetix. Chainlink Labs was ranked as one of the Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces by Newsweek 2025.
About the RoleChainlink Labs is seeking a Salesforce Developer to help scale our GTM systems in support of the next phase of blockchain adoption. You'll be joining a team focused on building a best-in-class Salesforce platform that powers engagements across a wide spectrum of customers — from emerging Web3 projects to strategic enterprise partners among the world’s largest organizations.
This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce development. You’ll play a central part in connecting sales activity to product delivery, surfacing key insights about account activity, and streamlining how internal teams collaborate through integrated tooling. We’re looking for someone with strong Salesforce fundamentals who can also think across systems, solve for real business outcomes, and move quickly.
You’ll be working directly with a tight-knit, high-output CRM team supporting a sales organization operating at the frontier of blockchain-enabled technologies.
Your Impact
Design and implement scalable workflows for Sales-to-Product handoff, including Jira integrations and backend deployment triggers that support accurate and timely delivery of product configuration requests

Improve Salesforce adoption across the company by replacing fragmented tools (e.g., Google Sheets) with intuitive flows, custom interfaces, and automations
Translate real business needs into effective Salesforce solutions — from user stories and discovery through development, testing, and documentation
Optimize and consolidate internal tooling to reduce complexity, licensing costs, and manual operations
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on Apex, Flow, and custom UI/LWC component work
Demonstrated ability to own and deliver full lifecycle projects, especially involving integrations with systems like Jira, Slack, or external APIs
Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder certifications
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model design
Experience building integrations with external systems via middleware tools like Workato or direct REST API Calls
Background in building or optimizing GTM Operations and integration with internal systems like JIRA.
Experience consolidating data from across the business (e.g., Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering) to enable account-level reporting and insights
Experience improving internal tooling or UI to boost Salesforce adoption and reduce dependence on manual tracking tools like spreadsheets
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps solutions like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX and an interest in improving deployment and release processes
A passion for learning with strong understanding of using the latest Salesforce features and increasing productivity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, AgentForce, etc.
Experience with integrating Salesforce with any of of the following systems/tools: Workato, Slack, JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Zendesk, Workato, DocuSign, IronClad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, RingLead, or others
Prior work migrating key processes out of other systems (like Google Sheets) and into Salesforce
Familiarity with building secure solutions in regulated or SOC2-oriented environments
Interest or experience in blockchain/Web3 technologies or developer-focused tooling
