Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, system integration, and the overall Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with scalability and maintainability in mind.
Utilize advanced Apex techniques, asynchronous processing, and design patterns in line with PD2 standards.
Create and manage custom objects, flows, validation rules, triggers, and page layouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, architects, and business stakeholders.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Maintain documentation of solutions, configurations, and customizations.
Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (PD2) is required.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and the Salesforce data model.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong understanding of governor limits and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Salesforce security, sharing rules, and user management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
