We are seeking a talented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As the QA lead for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of our SFCC solutions across a wide portfolio of client brands. You’ll be responsible for testing the work of developers, identifying edge cases, validating integrations, and ensuring functionality before anything ships. Your role is essential in helping us deliver clean, reliable, high-performing digital experiences.


NOTE: We are only accepting applicants with hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience


Responsibilities

  • Test SFCC (SFRA) implementations across multiple brands to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation based on user stories and technical specs.
  • Execute manual testing for functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device coverage.
  • Verify backend workflows, API integrations, payment flows (e.g., Adyen, PayPal), and third-party services.
  • Track and document bugs in Jira, and collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Proactively identify risks and edge cases in the QA process, making recommendations to improve product stability.
  • Attend agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute QA insights.
  • Support internal quality processes and help define best practices for SFCC QA workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on eCommerce testing (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience required).
  • Familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, content assets, promotional campaigns, site preferences.
  • Strong understanding of web application testing concepts including HTTP, REST, cookies, session handling, etc.
  • Experience validating integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and PIMs.
  • Comfortable working across desktop and mobile, using browser dev tools and debugging tools effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset—able to work closely with developers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Jira, test case management tools, and agile development practices.
