Summary of the Role

As a Salesforce Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our data-driven decision making processes, reporting to the Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce, CRM Analytics/Tableau, and other tools to create impactful reports, dashboards, and insights that enable teams across the organization to thrive. Your analytical expertise and understanding of business processes will be pivotal in optimizing our data systems and enabling business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging data insights to solve business challenges.
  • Maintain and develop actionable reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses enabling visibility into SaaS KPIs and business performance via standard Salesforce reports, Excel, CRM Analytics, and soon Tableau.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce BI tools and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Drive the migration from CRM Analytics to Tableau in line with Salesforce’s planned merging of the two tools, ensuring continuity of key KPI dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity via automated checks and monitoring.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to maximize adoption of tools and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Salesforce with a focus on data analytics and business intelligence required. Experience with Salesforce CPQ data is a plus. 
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively. 
  • Experience working with and analyzing SaaS metrics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau required. Both strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in querying and manipulating data via Excel/Google Sheets and SQL/SOQL. Experience with SAQL is a plus. 
  • Salesforce certifications including CRM Analytics/Einstein Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator preferred. Tableau certifications are a plus.
