Salesforce Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Admin/Architect to join our Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for owning the Salesforce platform end-to-end: designing scalable architecture, implementing automation, and ensuring Salesforce remains a reliable system of record for our sales team. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Sales Ops team to ensure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with the broader GTM strategy and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Platform Ownership

    • Own the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce.

    • Manage objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.

    • Design and implement Flows, process automations, and approval processes.

  • Development & Architecture

    • Write, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.

    • Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable Salesforce architecture.

    • Create custom Lightning pages and components to improve rep experience.

  • Governance & Data Quality

    • Implement validation rules and permissions to enforce data integrity.

    • Manage system security, roles, and profiles.

    • Oversee data quality processes (deduplication, enrichment, audits).

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Build Salesforce reports and dashboards for reps and leadership.

    • Partner with data engineering to align Salesforce data with external BI tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Salesforce admin/development experience (certifications a plus: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II).

  • Proven Apex development skills and familiarity with Lightning Web Components.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation (Flows, validation rules, security, record types).

  • Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

  • Familiarity with GTM tool integrations from the Salesforce side (dialers, email automation, contract tools, etc.).

  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
