The Business Systems team manages the enterprise techstack that supports the full lifecycle of our customer’s journey and is consistently looking to streamline business operations through process re-engineering, innovation and automation. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be an integral part of the business systems team, supporting the next phase of growth at FloQast.  In this role, you will be serving as one of our Salesforce administrators for the organization while also supporting other go-to-market business systems, such as Outreach, Gainsight, and Hubspot. We are looking for a Salesforce administrator who leverages best practices, loves to problem solve, and strong CPQ experience. We are looking for a candidate who is a strong teammate and is ready to roll-up their sleeves and proactively embrace the exciting challenges that will help build a scalable business systems infrastructure at FloQast.

What You'll Do

  • Administer, troubleshoot, and support all aspects of Salesforce applications (i.e. Sales Cloud, CPQ) and related 3rd party app integrations (i.e. Hubspot, Outreach, Gainsight)
  • Serve as a CPQ SME to support our Solution and CPQ architect
  • Resolve Salesforce support tickets, streamline the support experience, and strive to consistently deliver optimal customer service for end users 
  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration support which includes customization, design, and implementation of core functionalities related to Lead, Account, Contacts, Opportunities, dashboards, and reporting
  • Manage user administration, security, permissions, workflows and processes in Salesforce and other related 3rd party apps
  • Participate in root cause analysis of Salesforce issues and triage of those issues to resolution
  • Maintain and expand subject matter expertise on Salesforce and 3rd party apps by staying up-to-date on new features,  trends and related technologies 
  • Identify enhancement opportunities for existing tools and processes, including new features offered in each Salesforce major release

What You'll Bring

  • B.S. Computer Science, MIS or equivalent educational background and experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experienceCertified Salesforce Administrator 
  • MUST be experienced with configuring Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience owning/managing sales tools including, but not limited to, SFDC, Gainsight, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg, and CLM tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with natural ability to root cause incidents
  • Solid understanding of general SaaS operations and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative to drive progress and improvements
  • Great communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts and summarize findings to all levels of business stakeholders
  • Start-up or hyper-growth company experience a plus
