- Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
- Partner with Product Owners and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data-management processes.
- Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user access.
- Perform data imports, updates, cleansing, validation, and ongoing data quality management.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver Salesforce initiatives within defined timelines.
- Provide documentation, user support, and guidance on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to continuously improve Salesforce processes and user experience.
Requirements
• 7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product Owners and development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and automation tools.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, security models, and data management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
