This is a remote position.
Location: Remote (Colombia / LATAM, GMT-5)
Own the configuration, security, data quality, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, translating business needs into scalable declarative solutions.
User, roles/profiles, permission sets, OWD/FLS management and audits
Data governance: imports/cleansing, deduplication, validation rules, backups
Declarative automation with Flows, assignment rules, email alerts
Reporting & dashboards; adoption and KPI monitoring
Release/change management across sandboxes to production; UAT and documentation
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize a secure, maintainable roadmap.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
4+ years administering Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
Hands-on expertise with Flows and Reports/Dashboards
B2–C1 English
Certification: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
