Welcome to Ternus, where our foundation is built on a simple yet transformative idea: a lending company created by investors, for investors. In the dynamic world of real estate investment, we saw a gap – a need for a lender who not only provides funds but understands the journey, challenges, and aspirations of fellow investors. That’s where our story begins.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) environments. This role will serve as the go-to expert for system administration, user support, data management, and reporting, ensuring that our sales and marketing teams are equipped with the tools and insights they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-minded, with the ability to translate requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions.

What you'll do

System Administration & Configuration

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce and Pardot, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and profiles.
  • Configure objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Oversee integrations with Pardot and third-party applications.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.

Data Management & Quality

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and secure data through routine hygiene (deduplication, merges, archiving).
  • Execute data imports/exports using Data Loader or equivalent tools.
  • Support large-scale data migrations and enforce data governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership to establish and monitor KPIs.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and proactively identify business opportunities.
  • Track adoption and usage metrics, recommending process improvements.

Training, Documentation & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for user issues, providing troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Deliver Salesforce and Pardot training to sales teams and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including training guides and release notes.
  • Champion best practices and drive user adoption.

Change & Release Management

  • Manage system updates, releases, and sandbox testing.
  • Oversee UAT and ensure smooth deployment of new features.
  • Collaborate with developers on technical customizations and enhancements.
  • Support change management processes to drive adoption of new capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and implement requirements.
  • Align Salesforce functionality with business objectives and evolving needs.
  • Lead evaluations and implementations of third-party applications.

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Growth (Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of data management best practices and governance.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and automation within Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system functionality
  • Strong communication and training skills; ability to support technical and non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with release management, sandbox testing, and integration of third-party applications.

Traits That Thrive Here

  • Builder’s Mindset: You create systems and clarity where none exist.
  • Operator’s Discipline: You hit deadlines, communicate risks early, and deliver results.
  • Data-Driven Thinker: You transform complex data into actionable insight.
  • Servant Leader: You elevate your team through trust, integrity, and collaboration.
