Your Impact
As a Sales Tools & Technology Program Analyst Intern at Lowe's, you'll support initiatives that improve the tools, technology, and processes used by sales teams to serve customers and drive business growth. You'll work across business and technology teams to understand user needs, analyze performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery and adoption of solutions that enable sales teams to work more effectively.
This internship is ideal if you enjoy solving business problems, working with technology and data, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into actionable solutions.
Summer Internship Program
Whether you're starting your professional journey or pivoting to a new field, Lowe's offers the resources and opportunities you need to thrive. Our 10-week summer internship program (May 24th-July 30th) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

What You Will Learn
  • Analyze sales tools, technology, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to understand user needs and support solutions from concept through implementation.
  • Support reporting and analysis to measure tool adoption, performance, and business impact.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams and translate business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations.
  • Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new sales tools and technology.
  • Create training materials, presentations, documentation, and communications that enable sales teams to effectively use new solutions.
  • Support project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic initiatives that improve sales team efficiency and customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization, technology, or project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Interest in sales technology, business processes, program management, analytics, or customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
  • Relevant internship, academic project, work, or leadership experience.
