Candidates will focus on providing phone support to Sales Representatives by answering general sales support questions and assisting with system navigation.
Location: 169 Inverness Drive West Suite 400, Englewood, CO 80112
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST)
Training Schedule: ALL ONSITE Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm MST for 4 weeks (must be available to attend all training dates)
Start Date: Monday, June 8 th , 2026
This position offers hybrid work models after the successful completion of training period. Once completed, employees will enjoy the opportunity to work from home for up to 3 business days with 2 days in office per week

- Handling in-bound phone calls & Digital Click to Chat interactions professionally, while providing excellent customer service
- Research and resolve sales agent's questions relating to:
- How to use self-service tools
- Member concerns
- Medicaid and Medicare verification
- Application status and eligibility
- On-boarding and certification process
- Commission inquires
- Document call resolution of each contact in various systems in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrate the ability to provide quality experience for all our customers
- Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in office 2 days a week at 169 Inverness Drive West Suite 400, Englewood, CO 80112
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between the hours of 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a call center
- Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience
- Medicare knowledge
- Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representatives
- Experience navigating a computer while speaking on the phone
Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written)
- Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between multiple systems
- Ability to multi-task
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Extended periods of sitting at a computer
