Job Description

Main activities:

  • Sending application forms for new and current customers
  • Creating quotes
  • Sending emails with certification contracts, sub-licenses to customers
  • Analyze compliance of sales documents and send audits to coordination department
  • Keep track of pending sales documents that were sent to clients and sending reminders
  • Organizing and saving electronic documents
  • Assist customers with WQS system questions
  • Take incoming phone calls
  • Help creating basic reports when requested
  • Help coordinating and organizing marketing campaigns, training, and sales conferences
  • Help with market pricing researches
  • Help identify potential customers through internet research, email them to introduce services and schedule meetings
  • Continue to attend technical classes and seminars in order to expand knowledge of services provided by WQS
  • Perform other related activities as necessary at the discretion of Management
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for audit and certification services
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs related to audits, and certification requirements
  • Present QIMA’s audit and certification solutions via phone or virtual meetings
  • Prepare quotations and support contract closure in coordination with sales and operations teams
  • Follow up on proposals and guide clients through the sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Up to 5% travel required (mainly for training and conference shadows)

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in sales / customer service role
  • Sales/Marketing experience
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferable)
