As a Sales Strategy & Customer Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting one of our most strategic functions. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, offering broad exposure to key commercial functions and exceptional opportunities for career growth.


Customer activation is the crucial bridge where overarching business strategy meets true in market execution. You will be responsible for supporting this function by delivering actionable insights, tracking in market performance for critical product launches, evaluating promo effectiveness and supporting the team across all stages of our annual planning process.


What are we looking for?
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • CPG and/or Retail experience is highly preferred.
  • Data & Tech savvy: strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), Power Point, familiarity with PowerBI or Nielson is an asset.
  • Strategic Thinker & Storyteller: Ability to turn complex data into compelling business stories and recommendations.
  • Agile & Organized: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborator & Communicator: ability to build relationships across diverse teams and present ideas with clarity and confidence.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Support the Sales Strategy annual planning process:


  • Play a pivotal role in enabling the Sales Strategy agenda by supporting each stage of the annual planning cycle (Mission Control, NPM, Ready to Sell, Lift Off). 
  • Responsibilities include coordinating session logistics, gathering and synthesizing data and insights, supporting future innovation volume builds, support the development of sales tools and selling materials, tracking deliverables, communicating timelines and expectations across cross-functional teams, and ensuring sales teams are equipped with the resources needed to successfully execute annual customer growth plans.
  • As a central member of the planning team, the Analyst will also identify opportunities to continuously improve planning processes, enhance collaboration, and drive greater efficiency and effectiveness across the annual planning cycle.

Promotional Effectiveness & ROI Analysis:


  • Post Campaign promotional analytics and return on investment (ROI) to identify which creative concepts and agency activations delivered incremental volume.

Innovation & New Product Tracking:


  • Measure performance against launch objectives and identify opportunities to improve in-market execution.  Support preparing business updates for DMR a critical step within our S&OP+ process.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:


  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate reporting, streamlining workflows and improve business efficiency. 

Cross functional connector:


  • Act as a central connector across marketing, sales, demand planning, to align activation timelines, co-ordinate deliverables and ensure commercial programs are executed against shared business objectives.
