This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a motivated and energetic SDR - Remote Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. They are a recognized leader in the pet services industry, having achieved significant market growth and expanded their international footprint over the past few years.
Responsibilities
Conduct proactive, outbound prospecting to identify and engage new business opportunities with breeders across the US and internationally.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through follow-up and final deal closure.
Utilize a multi-channel approach, including phone, email, and social media, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
Meticulously review and qualify breeder lists against established criteria to ensure a strong fit.
Diligently log all activities, interactions, and updates in the client's CRM system
Requirements
Must be a self-starter with a proven track record in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role.
Demonstrated experience with cold outreach and a strong ability to close deals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high-energy and persistent demeanor.
A genuine passion for animals and the pet industry is highly advantageous.
Qualifications
Prior experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and productivity suites like Google Workspace.
Comfortable working in a fully remote, full-time position.
Assertive personality with the resilience to navigate a fast-paced sales environment.
