Aura's growing our Inside Sales squad and we're on the hunt for sharp, driven Upsell Sales Specialists to empower our current users to get even more out of their Aura memberships. This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere while you proactively connect with our customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to extra features and upgrades that seriously boost their digital security.

This is a fantastic early career role for recent college graduates to kick-start their career in a fast-paced tech environment, hone their sales consultation skills, and have an immediate impact in our customers’ lives. 

Day to Day:

  • Master and evangelize Aura’s story and mission to “create a safer internet” for individuals and families
  • Become an expert on Aura’s product suite and how it protects customers’ digital lives
  • Make daily outbound calls to existing customers to discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional features
  • Consult and advise customers on the best ways to strengthen their online safety through personalized solutions
  • Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales approaches and customer experience
  • Stay informed on industry trends and cybersecurity news to act as a trusted advisor to customers

Aura offers a generous package to support our employees’ personal and professional lives. Our packages include competitive pay, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and more! Pay for this role includes an hourly rate of $16-18/hour, plus commission. Total compensation (hourly rate + commission) is estimated to be $55,000-$80,000, but may vary depending upon job related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and meeting sales metrics while in the role.
