Job Description

SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Conduct client meetings to understand operational needs and business challenges
  • Present and demonstrate ERP and technology solutions to prospective clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth

 

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Ensure continuous follow-up and professional communication throughout the sales process
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored business solutions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company during the sales journey

 

TECHNICAL & IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATION

  • Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams throughout the sales and onboarding process
  • Coordinate project handovers to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
  • Support clients during the pre-sales and post-sales process when needed
  • Ensure proper follow-up on project progress and customer satisfaction

 

ERP, WEBSITE & BUSINESS SOLUTION KNOWLEDGE

  • Maintain strong understanding of ERP systems, website solutions, software services, and digital transformation solutions
  • Understand core business operations including accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations workflows
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
  • Effectively communicate the business value and operational benefits of ERP solutions
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and consultative selling skills

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in tech sales or business development
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, websites, eCommerce platforms, and business workflows such as accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations
  • Ability to translate technical ERP and AI concepts into practical business solutions
  • Ability to understand business operations and client needs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional verbal and written English communication
  • Organized and proactive personality
  • Interest or exposure to AI solutions, automation tools, or digital transformation services is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment

KPIs

  • Generate 40–60 new leads per month
  • Conduct 9-10 discovery meetings per month
  • Send 4-8 proposals to clients per month
  • Close 3-4 deals per month
  • Maintain weekly follow-ups with prospects and clients
  • Participate in weekly meetings
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with existing clients
  • Keep CRM and sales pipeline updated daily
