We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, and to help us grow our client base and build lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching potential leads through Google, LinkedIn, databases, and market search
  • Contacting and engaging cold leads
  • Managing clients through the full sales cycle: pitches, presentations, negotiations, and contract signing
  • Collaborating with legal, finance, product, and business development teams
  • Working with CRM systems to track and manage opportunities
  • Building and maintaining partnerships in key verticals: Home Improvement and Loans 
  • Achieving KPIs, including bringing in at least 5 new partners per month
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales 
  • Proven track record in cold sales (calls, outreach, LinkedIn)
  • Background in Home Improvement, Finance, Loans (traffic sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, persistent, and resilient — able to handle rejection and keep moving forward
