Key Responsibilities
As Sales Representative you will achieve incredible results and build and manage relationships with existing and future customers, partnering to achieve long-term success. Sales activities will be in Greece.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively hunt, expand and develop customer portfolio assigned, by mapping the market, cold calling, visiting existing and prospective customers, quoting and presenting our end-to-end supply chain solutions, based on assigned targets.
- Accountable for delivery of Additional Business and contract renewal targets for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Delivering Ocean and Logistics & Services volume and Gross Profit/ Yield targets while remaining focused on relationship building.
- Developing solid long-lasting customer relationships with decision-makers on all levels and generate new business.
- Ensure constant flow of opportunities into the pipeline to hit volume and revenue target, conduct regular pipeline review and align with hygiene standards.
- Supporting the resolution of Commercial and Operational reported customer issues, including interventions with customers to resolve escalated issues
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and an excellent customer experience
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's short&long-term goals
We are looking for
If you are a person with a orientation for growth and relationship building, commercial acumen, result-oriented with a high sense of urgency, structured approach, and ability to navigate in changing environment, than we are happy to receive your application. Ideally you will need to speak and write in Greek and English with colleagues in Greece and outside of Greece.
If you have the ability and willingness to travel in Greece on a daily basis, then you are right person we are looking for!
Valuable industry network as well as ocean product knowledge is highly appreciated as you will represent our company in front of importers and exporters.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems are an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
Location: The position is placed in Athens, Greece.
Other relevant information: We are offering a permanent contract.
