Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of our company’s POS systems by developing relationships and building sales of our services to the restaurant & hospitality industry. He or she must be a team player, willing to support the culture of the company while presenting and selling our company’s Restaurant Tech services. This position will collaborate with the Channel Sales Manager and Information Technology teams in order to offer our clients the best in service. As a key leader in our organization, you will be part of our success by growing the overall sales and profits in the designated region.

What you bring to the table:

● Inside and outside sales efforts to achieve specified sales goals

● Sales call to new and existing customers (to up-sell)

● Identify prospects and leads and attend trade shows

● Evaluating, analyzing, and reporting changes in the market (prices, competition, customers)

● Identify specific customer needs

● Assisting customers with technical support (test and onboarding)

● Coordinate completion of customer specifications for onboarding

● Generate written reports

● Support development of strategic business development

● Present, negotiate, and follow all new sales through contract execution and implementation, partnering with our company’s resources to support and ensure closure and acceptable implementation expectations

● Maintain accurate records and client contact information within Salesforce.com to ensure accessibility to pipeline/forecasting data

● Promote a professional company image through prompt, thorough, andcourteous prospect interactions

● Experienced with high-volume sales cycles

● Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships

Requirements

● 2+ years in Software/Restaurant Equipment Sales or Credit Card processing industry

● Understanding of payment merchant services, restaurant and hospitality industry is highly preferred

● Experience working in start-up environments

● Ability to work during weekends occasionally

● Strong negotiation skills

● Consultative solution selling experience

● Strong motivational and presentation skills

● Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to travel

● BS/BA degree in business sales or related field a plus
