This is a remote position.
As a Sales Representative at Fouress Synergy, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the South Asian market, with a strong focus on B2B client engagement, lead generation, and market development. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our global team to build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities for business growth, and promote our range of customized polymer and chemical solutions.
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across the petrochemical industry and other assigned regions
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams to customize proposals that align with client needs
Lead and execute email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital marketing strategies
Monitor and track sales performance through CRM tools and prepare regular reports
Participate in virtual trade fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads
Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and client feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field
1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing (preferably in the polymers/chemicals/plastics industry)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify challenges and provide solutions
A genuine interest in international business, trade, and industrial markets
