We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Contract Sales Recruiter to support our growing Talent Attraction team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including high-volume sales roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on sourcing, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This role requires a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in our Scottsdale, AZ office).
What You’ll Do:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage.

Actively and creatively source, screen, and evaluate candidates for inside sales and related roles.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted talent advisor.

Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

Represent Realtor.com at local and virtual job fairs and hiring events, particularly in the Scottsdale, AZ area.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure best practices are shared and continuously improved.
What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably supporting inside sales teams.

Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent across multiple channels.

Demonstrated ability to recruit across a broad range of roles and levels within a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building strong, effective relationships.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to recruitment and candidate engagement.

Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across the Revenue Talent Attraction Team.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
