The Qualtrics proposal library contains over 10,000 digital assets that range in topic, scope, and length. You’ll work closely with our Content Manager to maintain and improve the library in order to further Qualtrics’ business goals. The Content Manager will:
- Review current library content for technical accuracy, relevance, business value, and/or formatting updates
- Collaborate with Qualtrics’ subject matter experts to update outdated content
- Gain a strategic understanding of RFP (requests for proposal) responses and the pre-sales process for a variety of sectors and industries
- Review completed RFPs for new library content to fill knowledge gaps
- Develop enablement materials for the content library and our content management system
- Learn how to develop and maintain compelling, persuasive RFP content
- Gain the ability to implement Qualtrics brand messaging, including tone, style, and theme, within all responses
- Get certified on Qualtrics’ Experience Management platforms
- Weekly 1:1s with your mentor
- Professional development sessions
- In depth analysis of Proposals data and data/deliverable management
- HS degree with minimum of 2 years of college with strong academic performance in Business, Communication, Marketing, Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant majors
- Strong writing skills, with an interest in technical writing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, planning and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SaaS technology, with ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
