Job Description

The institutional client group (ICG) merchant revenue strategy team is looking to add a sales operational specialist to the team. The main responsibility will be to optimize the effectiveness of the sales teams’ processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. In addition, this role will be responsible for:

  • Client account reporting needs
  • Internal team reporting and presentation management
  • Data accuracy in CRM system
  • Managing impacts from team expansion or reduction
  • Organizing standing internal sales meetings
  • Tracking sales projects or requests

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to six years of related experience  

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Conceptual knowledge of sales processes
  • Detail and task oriented
  • Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
  • Strong skills in procedure creation and controls
  • Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
