Department Overview
The International Sales Operations team enables a large, multi-channel sales organization to achieve sales, profit, and business objectives through effective planning & quota setting, forecasting, reporting, data analytics, sales process & technology optimization, sales training, and sales compensation administration.
We are hiring a Sales Operations & Reporting Analyst to support the International sales team with supporting the mapping of financial results for orders and revenue to projects across the International region. Additionally you will support the International sales team with forecasting, analysis and reporting. You will work directly with the sales team to collate, analyze and prepare accurate information required by sales management for review during forecast and committed view calls
Job Description
  • Supports order and revenue forecasting within the International Sales Operations.

  • Supports opportunity management, quota planning, sales analytics and reporting. 

  • Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in the sales organization's planning & forecasting effort. 

  • Coordinates activities with other functions and stakeholders in the organization including Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management, Product and Strategy.

  • Create and maintain accurate and efficient distribution of sales reports and analytics essential to the sales organization.

  • Participate and provide data for various operational reviews for Sales management and Finance throughout the year

  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. 

  • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. 

  • Provide high level analysis on changes in revenue/orders to Sales and Finance Teams

  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. 

  • Drives adoption of enabling processes and technologies and drives compliance with sales process and data standards. 

  • Coordinate customer account and sales territory changes with sales management and key work partners in finance, human resources, and sales systems/data stewards. 

  • High level of analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.

  • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.

  • Identify business gaps, challenges and possible solutions/actionable recommendations for your business.

  • Enable both sales and customer service to properly leverage current reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and organizational efficiencies.

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects.

  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary analytical and organizational skills and a passion for details.


Basic Requirements
  • Proficiency in business analytics/tools including Microsoft Excel (Tableau and Google Sheets a plus).

  • Proficiency in sales processes and systems (Salesforce a plus).

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret sales data.

  • Ability to produce data visualizations and dashboards.

  • Independent, proactive, and hard-working.

  • Collaborative and diplomatic.
