About Us

At The Global Talent Co., we provide opportunities to work with leading innovative technology companies worldwide, offering stable employment, competitive compensation, career growth, and access to a community of 25,000+ like-minded professionals.

About the Company

You will be joining a fast-growing company operating in the automotive and logistics space, with a business model similar to a digital vehicle sourcing and cross-border car marketplace. The company connects buyers, partners, and logistics providers to streamline transactions and delivery processes across markets. Operating in a high-speed, startup-style environment, the team values ownership, structure, and commercial drive.

The Role

As a Sales & Operations Manager, you will sit at the intersection of sales execution and operational coordination. You will independently manage leads from first contact to closing, while also ensuring smooth internal and external execution once deals are secured.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys direct customer interaction, and can balance revenue generation with operational precision. You will act as a key link between customers, partners, carriers, and internal teams — ensuring deals are closed efficiently and executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Own and manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact through closing

  • Structure outreach, manage follow-ups, negotiate terms, and drive conversions

  • Maintain a professional, organized, and conversion-focused sales process

Customer & Key Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key accounts

  • Build long-term relationships through structured communication and reliability

  • Coordinate customer requirements internally to ensure smooth execution

Sales Operations & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking

  • Support pricing coordination and handover processes to operations

  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and propose process improvements

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations teams, carriers, and partners to align expectations

  • Resolve issues proactively and ensure seamless execution post-sale

  • Ensure customer communication remains clear and consistent throughout the lifecycle

Growth & Ad-Hoc Ownership

  • Take ownership of ad-hoc operational and commercial tasks

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales efficiency, customer retention, and overall performance

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in sales and key account management, ideally in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments

  • Strong ability to independently manage and close leads

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills and a focus on revenue growth

  • Excellent communication skills across phone and written channels

  • Highly organized with strong multitasking ability in a remote environment

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style business
