As a Sales Operations Intern, you will support CRM data integrity, create reports, streamline processes, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance sales operations.

As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the systems, insights, and processes that power our go-to-market teams. This is an opportunity to learn how a high-performing SaaS organization operates while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Operations team and partner with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve how we use data, tools, and processes to drive results.
This role reports to the Senior Sales Operations Manager and is designed to give you practical experience in CRM management, sales analytics, and operational strategy.
- Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM data so teams can rely on it to make informed decisions
- Support the creation and improvement of reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve how our CRM and sales tools are used
- Assist in organizing and maintaining sales enablement content in Spekit to support team learning and adoption
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to support key initiatives
- Contribute to projects that improve sales productivity, optimize workflows, and increase operational efficiency
- Explore ways to better leverage our tools and systems to support business goals
- You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- You’re comfortable working with data and have strong Excel skills
- You enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically
- You communicate clearly and can share ideas in both written and verbal formats
- You’re able to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- You’re available to work 20–30 hours per week (remote; hybrid if local)
- Exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, LeanData, or Spekit
- Previous experience in sales operations or revenue operations
- Hands-on experience working with real business systems and data
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a SaaS environment

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. The pay range for this role is $16 – $18 per hour.
